1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VickedX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to post jobs or apply for positions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Job Postings

Employers may post job listings on VickedX subject to payment of the applicable listing fee. Job listings must be for genuine employment opportunities. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post listings that are fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal. This includes but is not limited to pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing opportunities misrepresented as jobs, or listings that discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.

5. Payment Terms

Job posting fees are charged at the time of listing and are non-refundable once the listing goes live. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency but charged in NZD.

6. Job Applications

Job seekers may apply for positions free of charge. By submitting an application, you consent to sharing your information with the relevant employer. VickedX is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on VickedX, including logos, text, and design, is the property of VickedX. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

VickedX is a platform connecting employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, the conduct of employers or job seekers, or any employment outcomes resulting from use of our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VickedX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
