Join us in shaping the future of insurance technology.   At  Fadata ,  we’re  transforming the insurance industry with innovative, end-to-end core software solutions.  We’re   seeking  a  data-driven, creative, and strategic Product Marketing Manager  to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and build compelling sales and marketing assets that resonate across both business and technical audiences.   In this key role,  you'll  translate customer and market insights into sales enablement tools, go-to-market  assets , and positioning that  drive  deals forward and  generate   pipeline . You  are  a strong storyteller, motivated by helping your team win, and passionate about crafting narratives that clearly communicate the value of our solutions.   You’ll  be part of our Marketing & Communications, reporting  into  our Chief Marketing Officer , and working closely with your marketing colleagues covering analyst relations, digital marketing, PR etc.   • Lead,  d rive  and create  compelling sales assets including presentations, one-pagers, and pitch  decks that speak to customer needs. • Own and execute go-to-market  assets and strategies  to drive demand and accelerate deal closures  in collaboration with our Sales team  and your Marketing colleagues . • Be one of our spokespersons at events and in the medi a – and at the same time s upport events and speaking engagements by developing presentations, content, and messaging for both internal and external audiences. • Coll a borate with partners to create marketing campaigns and sales collateral • Collaborate closely with product  and  sales to create messaging and campaigns • Be a champion of the brand—elevating awareness and consistency across all touchpoints. • Own marketing initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence. • Understand the insurance market and its challenges, becoming a subject matter expert in positioning our solutions effectively. • Use our  competitive analysis and  give  strategic recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends. • Think outside the box —bring creative storytelling and innovative solutions to real-world customer problems. • You  know how to use and generate value from  AI • Represent the voice of the customer through deep research and by mapping the customer journey. • 5  - 10 + years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B enterprise software, fintech,  insurtech , or insurance. • I nsurance knowledge  is  a  plus • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messaging. • A natural storyteller—skilled in verbal and written communication, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, market segmentation, and customer needs. • Experience with brand management is a plus, but not mandatory • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.   We’re  a small team  and we roll up our sleeves to help each other – while  you’ll  also get lots of responsibility  of your areas  and room to  develop yourself and  Fadata • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments  -  you’re   a self-starter who thrives on ownership. • Strategic mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to execute. • Proficiency in English. Qualifications   • Bachelor’s or  Master’s Degree in Marketing , Computer Science, Business, or related field, OR equivalent experience. • Experience developing marketing and sales content with measurable business impact. • Demonstrated success in navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing without authority. • A blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. • Become part of a fast-growing insurance software vendor with multinational teams across Europe.
